    Serviciul de inchirieri imobile proprii si in regim de contract de comision cuprinde:

    • Administrarea documentelor proprietatii in arhiva securizata in seifuri metalice
    • Administrarea contractelor de intretinere pentru instalatiile detinute;
    • Colectarea chiriilor;
    • Gestionarea sumelor de bani incasate, efectuarea cheltuielilor necesare si raportarea corespunzatoare;
    • Transferuri banesti in tara si in strainatate;
    • Verificarea si plata facturilor (intretinere, apa, energie electrica, telefon, TV, cablu, gaze, gunoi, asigurare obligatorie ), a impozitelor si  taxelor etc;
    • Reprezentarea intereselor proprietarului fata de terti (autoritati publice, fiscale, societati de furnizare a utilitatilor, administratii de bloc etc.);
    • Obtinerea de aprobari, modificari contracte utilitati (telefon, energie electrica)
    • Administrarea lucrarilor de renovare si amenajare stabilite de proprietar;
    • Vizitarea regulata a proprietatii;
    • Sprijin la inchirierea sau vanzarea proprietatii;
    • Redactarea, modificarea, prelungirea sau rezilierea contractelor de inchiriere;
    • Incheierea de procese verbale de predare/preluare a proprietatii;
    • Inspectarea proprietatii si a starii acesteia la terminarea contractului de inchiriere;
    • Servicii suplimentare (consultanta feng shui , menaj, protectie securizata etc.).
